To give you peace of mind…if you should ever need temporary or long-term assisted living services at The Carlisle, you can receive such quality care services right within the privacy of your own condominium. You will not have to move out of your own home!
For example, if you are recovering from hip surgery and you are ready to come home, we can adapt your condominium, to provide the assistance you need for full recovery back to independence.
The reason we are able to provide such quality assistance in addition to our extensive Wellness Program for preventive health care is because The Carlisle is licensed to provide assisted living services. We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why our Wellness nurse meets with residents and conducts an assessment at regular intervals - to better understand the need for assistance and support. Such assistance includes the following activities of daily living: showering & bathing, dressing, personal hygiene & grooming, continence management, mobility, assistance with eating, monitoring of safety, and storing & taking medications.
The assessment helps determine the appropriate care and services that are provided. We offer three levels of care - Independent Living Plus, Plus +, and Enhanced - as well as a la carte services with a resident attendant or licensed nurse at an hourly rate.
To enable the freedom of choice, you may choose to receive assisted living services from an outside provider. Of course, The Carlisle will screen any outside provider to ensure that they meet the strict standards of The Carlisle, and shall be subject to its initial and continuing approval. In accordance with the requirements of its license, The Carlisle is responsible for monitoring all outside care providers.
Therefore, whether you might need a couple hours of health care help temporarily or assistance on a more permanent basis, you will receive the finest in assisted living services here at The Carlisle - all within the privacy of your own condominium.
